Some undergraduates of the University of Lagos took to the roads and Main Boulevard of the community of First Choice and Nation’s pride to express their dissatisfaction at what majority termed as “breach of Agreement” resulting in the shutting down of the institution’s main entrance. It was an evident scenario because the neighboring communities, commuters, members of MFM, visitors of the UNILAG community, parents, workers of the institution and many others were largely affected by the peaceful protest orchestrated by the students.
An interaction with the President and Speaker of the Students’ Union reveals that “the management has not in any way make positive input as regard the issue, and as such they are in support of the Students to any length”.
