AND HELL WAS LET LOOSE by Ariyo Ayodele

The atmosphere was calm, the cool breeze was blowing, all were asleep during a cold and chilly night.

No one had envisaged for a battery night. A moving creature was noticed at the wee hours of the night when men were asleep, peeping through the windows of damsel’s, should one assume he came to sow tears just like what we read of biblical times, well I don’t think it would be right to say that, and then suddenly a shining eyes caught hold of the moving creature and then a shout broke out like a mother calling her child from danger, ole ole!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.

Within a twinkle of an eye, the moving creature was pounced upon and beaten to a pulp. Not to long before sun rise the News filtered round that “Hell Was Let Loose” within 2am – 3am.

When the elegant and beautiful ladies pounced on an elderly man and beat him to a pulp. Various reactions greeted the development, some of which were”When it comes to issues like these….. No one is regarded as elderly….. But why?” “Well, when you live in a society in which dispensation of justice is never assured then of course its people would readily revert to swift and immediate justice when ever they can, hence, the ‘thorough beating”.

Well, no one would have thought that ladies could beat up an elderly man to the extent they beat up this man. Would we say they had been waiting for an opportunity like this to vet their anger on those who come to their domain and steal their things. Well, maybe yes or otherwise, in any form, your guess is as good as mine.
